In our preliminary study of 309 East 94th St the VCA team analyzed local codes and regulations to understand the permitted uses of this corner in Manhattan. Building heights, setback requirements and relevant restrictions were researched and a building program and architectural design were conducted. VCA brought together residential and commercial spaces to create a functional and highly aesthetic design for the building’s potential occupants. The design also fully incorporates sustainable building practices and accessibility requirements. As of 2023 the project is still in development.
