PC Richard has been apart of Brooklyn since they opened their first appliances store there in 1909. To commemorate the location PC Richard hired Vincent Cusumano Architect to demolish and renovate one of their flagship stores in Flatbush. VCA grasped the opportunity to push PCR into the future and design a fresh new face for both the interior and exterior of the space. As construction occurred during the COVID-19 Pandemic VCA was also instrumental in retaining approvals for PC Richard to be designated as a necessary business to allow construction to continue. The new building renovation creates a welcoming entry at the all glass corner façade and enhances PCR’s branding along both Avenues.
